Constructed on a 6000 sq. ft. back yard, this project included a new  pool and spa, 2 covered gazebos and a covered pool and equipment enclosure. The use of colored concrete enhanced the finished look around the pool, where a built-in BBQ was added. The work included an irrigation system and sump pumps, new landscaping added to the old orange trees, which were part of the original San Fernando Valley orange groves of the 1930’s and 40’s.
